| 中文描述 | 犬愛利希體EHRLICHIA CANIS是由璧蝨RHIPICEPHALUS SANGUINEUS傳染，會造成血小板功能不全之出血疾病，但大部分呈現非專一性的症狀，如抑鬱及體重下降，恢復後仍伴隨著潛伏感染，常見血小板減少貧血，白血球減少，在美國南部是一個很重要的疾病，單株免疫球蛋白異常常與本病有關。 |

| 英文描述 | EHRLICHIA CANIS is transmitted by the tick RHIPICEPHALUS SANGUINEUS. It can cause a hemorrhagic disease with platelet dysfunction, but most cases present with nonspecific signs such as depression and weight loss. Recovery is accompanied by latent infection with the organism. There is often thrombocytopenia, anemia (mainly normocytic normochromic) and lymphopenia. This is an important disease in the southern U.S. Monoclonal gammopathy can occur and ehrlichiosis should be considered in cases with such a gammopathy and no other disease. |
